I just had to quickly post this pretty picture. I made a delicious stirfry the other night using vegetables from my last CSA pickup. I will so miss the veggies from Elmer Farm this winter. I used one of the hot peppers to make a spicy sauce, perhaps a little too spicy for me, but it was still good. I served it with white rice. I also tossed the chicken with tapioca starch before cooking. It creates a nice texture.
